The customer may change an order if it has not been shipped. For any changes, you should notify us as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com, indicating the desired changes.
These changes by the customer are not allowed when the product is custom-made, personalized or according to the customer’s instructions.
Orders may be cancelled in whole or in part up to 72 hours before the agreed date of receipt. For any cancellation of the order, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the cancellation is made within the aforementioned period, no penalty will be applied to the customer. In the event that the cancellation is made after the 72 hours agreed for its receipt, the customer will not be able to cancel the order, or, if applicable, will have to pay a surcharge as a result of a cancellation after the deadline.
In case of cancellation of an order once it has been confirmed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred.
