Each case is different, that’s why I follow up and apply totally personalized treatments for each patient.

Menopause and transition to menopause

Menopause is a third of our life, how do you want to deal with it? If you want to live with quality of life, avoid or treat the most frequent symptoms and pathologies from an integrative point of view but under the premises of scientific societies, this is your consultation.

In my practice I approach menopause and the transition to menopause based on 5 fundamental pillars: medical approach, nutrition, physical exercise, sexuality and stress management.

I monitor any of the branches, or all of them, so that you have a multidisciplinary treatment.

Having a healthy menopause and quality of life is in your hands.

Amenorrhea (absence of menstruation) can be a transient, intermittent or permanent condition resulting from dysfunction of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, ovaries, uterus or vagina. It is classified as primary or secondary, depending on who suffers the absence of menstruation: girls 15 years of age or older who have not yet had menstrual cycles, or women who have not had cycles and have experienced absences.

Amenorrhea lasting three months or more and oligomenorrhea (less than nine menstrual cycles per year or a cycle length greater than 35 days) require investigation, such as no menstruation for 3-4 months or scanty periods for 6 months.

In my practice I treat amenorrhea in an integrative way, looking for its origin and treating its cause. Because treatment should not always include contraceptives.

Adequate stress management, proper supplementation and nutritional support are basic in the treatment of amenorrhea.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a metabolic pathology that not only implies having irregular periods or amenorrhea, but also predisposes you to various pathologies such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular diseases, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, among others.

In my practice we address this pathology in its full dimension, making a follow-up and fully customized treatments.

Gynecology and anti-aging medicine

In my practice I treat gynecology without taboos, without normalizing what is common and personalizing treatments for each patient. Anti-aging medicine improves women’s quality of life.
